Shipping Costs and Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Delivery times vary by destination:

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will equal the item price in US dollars, minus any shipping charges (original and return).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and customized/personalized rings cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ousrarings.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
